For materials that are thick, long or difficult to secure on a cutting board, ultrasonic cutting equipment can be evaluated based on material hardness, thickness, shape and cut location.

FT-series ultrasonic cutting machines use high-frequency mechanical vibration to assist cutting. Suitable equipment and blade configurations can be evaluated based on material type, thickness, hardness and cutting method.
Current product information lists net power outputs of 100 W and 500 W, with an operating frequency of 28 kHz. Actual material suitability and cutting results should be confirmed using the sample conditions.
