Optional models of mixing blades
- Four-blade spiral blade type --- standard mixing head allows the mixed medium to flow axially from top to bottom with small shear force.
- Three-blade spiral blade type---makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear force. For medium to high speed use.
- Dissolving type---makes the mixed medium flow radially from top to bottom, and the strong turbulence and high shear force formed can crush the liquid
Medium grain. For medium to high speed use. - Centrifugal type --- double blades expand as the speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. The mixing effect is similar to that of four blades
Mode. For medium to high speed use. - Sector type---produces tangential flow, small turbulence, and good heat exchange performance. It is used in situations where gentle stirring of the medium is required. middle
Use at low speed. - Anchor type---produces tangential flow and high shear rate at the edge. Make the mixed medium less likely to deposit on the container wall. Use at low speed.
