Entry-level Spectrophotometer

Series Overview

Entry-Level Handheld Spectrophotometer | Fast Color Difference Checks and Routine QC

The entry-level handheld spectrophotometer is suited to teams building a fast color inspection workflow for Lab data, △E color-difference evaluation, SCI/SCE comparison, incoming inspection, in-process checks and routine quality control. Start by reviewing sample size, measurement area, surface condition, inspection goals and data-management needs.

Dual Aperture

Dual-aperture and positioning needs

If sample sizes vary or operators need clearer control of the measurement location, consider the CR9 as an entry-level solution with dual apertures and CCD positioning.

Daily QC

Routine color-difference checks

For incoming inspection, in-process checks and batch-to-batch color comparison, evaluate the CR8, CR7, TS7010 or TS7020 based on operation, aperture and data-management requirements.

Applications

Specific applications and extended models

To narrow options by industry, inspection frequency or budget, consider the NS800, NS810, ST70, ST60 or ST50.

Selection note: If the workflow requires Lab and △E evaluation, SCI/SCE measurement comparison, incoming inspection, in-process checks or supplier batch management, first confirm the sample material, measurement area, surface condition, gloss variation, aperture and internal QC criteria. Final model selection should be based on sample conditions, inspection purpose and workflow.
Spectrocolorreader CR9 (Advanced)

CR9 realizes the two-in-one spectrophotometer and spectrocolorreader, easy to use and not expensive. It is a masterpiece that integrates high precision, high performance, and high cost performance.

Spectrocolorreader CR8 (Professional)

CR8 realizes the two-in-one spectrophotometer and spectrocolorreader, easy to use and not expensive. It is a masterpiece that integrates high precision, high performance, and high cost performance.

The CR8 (Professional) is a portable spectrophotometer developed by 3nh using its own core technology of spectroscopy. It uses a built-in silicon photodiode array (dual-row 24 groups) sensor, an imported white board, and the repeatability ΔE*ab can be easily controlled within 0.04. CR8's powerful performance configuration and excellent inter-instrument error make color measurement more professional, while also ensuring the consistency of measurement data of multiple devices. The CR8 spectrocolorreader takes into account the measurement speed and the convenience of operation at the same time. The color can be controlled through the PC-side software, and it can also be seamlessly connected to the mobile device through Bluetooth. It greatly expands the application space of the colorimeter, and makes the traditional colorimeter glow with a different application charm.

Spectrocolorreader CR7 (Basic)

CR7 realizes the two-in-one spectrophotometer and spectrocolorreader, easy to use and not expensive. It is a masterpiece that integrates high precision, high performance, and high cost performance.

The CR7 (basic) is a portable spectrophotometer developed by 3nh using its own core technology of spectroscopy. It uses a built-in silicon photodiode array (dual-row 24 groups) sensor, an imported white board, and the repeatability ΔE*ab can be easily controlled within 0.1. CR7's powerful performance configuration and excellent inter-instrument error make color measurement more professional, while also ensuring the consistency of measurement data of multiple devices.

The NS808 is designed for color measurement of road traffic reflective sheeting, safety colors, traffic signs, road markings and other reflective materials. With the traffic sign measurement module in SQCT software, it helps assess whether sample chromaticity coordinates and luminance factor fall within specified color regions under D65/A illuminants and 45°/0° geometry. Confirm suitability against the applicable standard, sample material, reflective material type, measurement conditions, and your quality-control procedures.
